摘要
本文以合成事件技术为基础,研究进度计划中非关键路径对于关键路径的时间干扰问题,定义了安全使用时差的新概念,以便对松弛时间和资金最佳运用情况作出可靠的风险决策.文中给出的一个算例表明,利用所开发的风险型PRC(PERT/RISK/COST)网络,很容易通过模拟寻找到资金最佳运用的优化进度计划.
This paper adopts merge event technique to study the time interference upon the critical path made by the non critical path.Definition of safe use float provides reliable risk decision making on the use of slack time and seek of optimum cash flow.The given example shows that the developed risk oriented PRC (PERT/Risk/Cost)network provides an effective and practical means for planning the construction schedule with optimum cash flow.
