摘要
报道复方蚂蚁颗粒剂中蚂蚁、元胡、独活、川芎的薄层鉴别方法．以及淫洋藿甙的含测定方法。经实验证明，各项方法均具有良好的重复性。含量测定回收率可达100.2％，样品测定RSD为2．8％。
The TLC-identification of ant, herba Epimedii, Radix Abgelicae Pubescentis, and Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong,etc. in Compound ant Granules and the content determination of icariin were reported. The experiment proved that these methods have good reproducibitity. The recovery of content determination reached 100. 2%(RSD for sample determination is 2. 8% )
