摘要
目的：对狭序唐松草（ＴｈａｌｉｃｔｒｕｍａｔｒｉｐｌｅｘＦｉｎｅｔｅｔＧａｇｅｐ．）地上部分化学成分进行分离，并鉴定化学结构。方法：采用多种柱层析色谱法进行分析，用ＵＶ，ＩＲ，ＭＳ，１ＨＮＭＲ，１３ＣＮＭＲ等光谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果：分离出５个化合物，经鉴定分别为ⅠＮｄｅｍｅｔｈｙｌｔｈａｌｐｈｅｎｉｎｅ，Ⅱｔｈａｌｉｇｌｕｃｉｎｅ，Ⅲｎａｎｔｅｎｉｎｅ，Ⅳ小檗碱（ｂｅｒｂｅｒｉｎｅ）和Ⅴ胡萝卜苷（ｄａｕｃｏｓｔｅｒｏｌ）。结论：５个化合物均为首次从该植物中分出。
OBJECTIVE:To study the components of aerial part of Thalictrum atriplex. METHODS:Various column chromatography with silica gel was employed for the isolation and purification of ingredients.Their structures were elucidated by UV,IR,MS, 1H NMR and 13 C NMR analysis.RUSULTS:Five constitutents were obtained,their structures were elucidated as N demethylthalphenine,thaliglucine,nantenine,daucosterol andberberine.CONCLUSION:Compoundstowere separated from Thalictrum atriplex for first time.Three of them[Compound(1)～(3)]are aporphine alkaloids.
