摘要
目的:对狭序唐松草(ThalictrumatriplexFinetetGagep.)地上部分化学成分进行分离,并鉴定化学结构。方法:采用多种柱层析色谱法进行分析,用UV,IR,MS,1HNMR,13CNMR等光谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离出5个化合物,经鉴定分别为ⅠNdemethylthalphenine,Ⅱthaliglucine,Ⅲnantenine,Ⅳ小檗碱(berberine)和Ⅴ胡萝卜苷(daucosterol)。结论:5个化合物均为首次从该植物中分出。
OBJECTIVE:To study the components of aerial part of Thalictrum atriplex. METHODS:Various column chromatography with silica gel was employed for the isolation and purification of ingredients.Their structures were elucidated by UV,IR,MS, 1H NMR and 13 C NMR analysis.RUSULTS:Five constitutents were obtained,their structures were elucidated as N demethylthalphenine,thaliglucine,nantenine,daucosterol andberberine.CONCLUSION:Compoundstowere separated from Thalictrum atriplex for first time.Three of them[Compound(1)~(3)]are aporphine alkaloids.
