摘要
观察促甲状腺素释放激素(TRH)对肺挫伤合并休克的效果与血浆及挫伤肺组织中一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)和血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)的变化。方法采用生物撞击机撞击家兔右侧胸壁及股动脉放血的肺挫伤合并休克模型。实验分两组:对照组家兔36只,给予生理盐水;实验组家兔18只,给予TRH治疗。结果TRH治疗组各时相点平均动脉压及动脉血气明显改善,TRH组0.5小时挫伤肺组织中NO/ET儿乎等于正常水平、4小时血浆挫伤肺组织明显高于撞前水平(P<0.01),并显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论TRH能改善肺挫伤合并休克家兔的休克和肺功能。
Objective To investigate the effects of new antishock drug, thyrotropin-releasing hormone(TRH), on pulmonary contusion (PC) with shock and changes in nitric oxide (NO)/endothelin (ET).Methods The model of PC with shock was established by striking on lateral-right chest wall of rabbits bybioimpact machine and femoral artery bleeding. Fifty-four rabbits were divided into two groups: 18 rabbits inTRH group was given TRH, while 36 rabbits in control group given the same volume saline. Results Themean arterial pressure was elevated and the arterial gases improved in TRH group at each time point. The NOlevels in plasma and tissue of the contused lung in TRH group were much higher than in control group (P<0.01). The NO/ET was almost equal to normal level and at the 4th h point was much higher than normal levelof preimpact. Conclusion TRH can improve the shock and the pulmonary function in the rabbits of PC withshock.
