摘要
本文通过检测动脉血和上矢状窦血中的葡萄糖含量差值及脑组织内三磷酸腺苷和磷酸肌酸含量来探讨猫急性颅脑埙伤后静脉内给促甲状腺素释放激素对脑组织能量代谢的影响。结果表明,急性颅脑损伤后静脉给促甲状腺素释放激素可显著提高平均动脉压,促进脑组织对葡萄糖的利用,增加脑组织内三磷酸腺苷和磷酸肌酸的含量,减轻创伤性脑水肿的程度。这提示促甲状腺素释放激素可改善颅脑损伤后脑组织的能量代谢,促进神经系统功能的恢复。
The effects of thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH) on cerebral energy metabolism after acute head injury in cats were evaluated by determination of the difference in glucose contents between arterial blood and superior sagittal sinus blood, and the adenosine triphosphate and creatine phosphate contents within the cerebral tissues. The results showed that intravenous administration of TRH may significantly elevate the mean arterial blood pressure, increase glucose utilization of the brain and the contents of adenosine triphosphate and creatine phosphate within cerebral tissues, and alleviate traumatic brain edema. These results indicate TRH may improve the cerebral energy metabolism following acute head injury and promote recovery of neurological functions.
