摘要
探讨国产异环磷酰胺为主的联合化疗方案治疗晚期肺癌的疗效及毒副作用。方法：４３例肺癌中非小细胞肺癌４０例，其中Ⅲ期２例、Ⅳ期３８例；小细胞肺癌３例。化疗方案为异环磷酰胺２．０ｇ静滴，顺铂３０ｍｇ静注，连用３天，长春酰胺４ｍｇ第１天静注，用尿路保护剂琉乙黄酸钠４００ｍｇ于异环磷酰胺后０、４、８ｈ输注，每周期间隔２１～２８天，均应用２个周期以上。结果：总缓解率４４．１％（１９／４３），初治者４５％（１４／３１），再次化疗者４１．６％（５／１２），中位缓解期８个月，１年生存率为３２％。主要毒副作用为骨髓抑制。结论：以国产异环磷酰胺为主联合化疗方案对晚期肺癌有较好的疗效和可耐受的毒副作用。
Purpose: To evaluate the therapeutic effect and side - effects of combined chemothera-py of advanced lung cancer with home made agents. Methods: In a total of 43 cases of advanced lung can-cer (NSCLC 40, SCLC 3 ), chemotherapy consisting of IFO 2. 0 gtt, DDP 30mg iv qd for three days,VDS 4mg iv on the first day and Mesna 400mg iv at 0, 4, 8 hours after the administration of IFO. Twotherapeutic courses were given with an interval of 21 to 28 days. Results: Overall PR was 44. 1% ( 19/43 ) being 45% ( 14/31 ) and 41. 6% (5/ 12) for primary and secondary cases respectively. The meanrelief interval was 8 months and 1 - year survival rate was 32% . The main side - effect was myelosuppres-sion. Conclusion: It is thought that the combined chemotherapy with domestic IFO, DDP and VDS gavejust as good effect for advanced lung cancer.
