摘要
高校毕业生就业形势严峻,创新、创业教育越来越受到广泛的关注与重视。培养复合型、实践型人才是近年来高校培养高素质管理人才的新思路,"ERP沙盘实训"课程应运而生。通过对ERP沙盘模拟实验课程在高校工商管理专业中的实践情况进行阐述,分析实践过程中存在的问题。
Due to the increasingly severe employment situations for college graduates,more and more attention and emphasis is placed on entreprenuership education nd innovative education.Cultivating practical cross-discipinary talents represents a new concept for developing high-quality management talents,and accordingly,ERP Sand Table Course is offered.By expatiating on the simulation experimental practice of ERP Sand Table Course,the article takes up an in-depth analysis on the problems in the practical process.
