摘要
散热一直是困扰LED灯具发展的难题,文章揭示一种新的散热技术:在铝基板上钻孔裸露出铝板并镀上金属层,使LED直接焊接在铝基板的铝板上,极大增强了LED灯具的散热能力,提高了LED灯具的寿命。
The heat dissipation has been the bottle-neck in the development of LED lighting fittings for a long time.This article describes a new solution about heat dissipation.It is to drill on the Aluminium PCB and make sure the Aluminium material exposed.Then we cover this Aluminium PCB with metal plating,to solder LED onto the Aluminium material directly.This method increases the heat dissipation and extends the lifespan of LED lighting fittings.
