摘要 研究了一种能够同时测定海水中21种磺胺类药物残留量的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法。海水样品经乙酸乙酯提取,蒸干后,残余物用1 mL流动相定容。采用ACQUITYTMBEHC18色谱柱,用甲醇和5 mmol/L乙酸铵溶液(含0.1%甲酸)作流动相进行分离后,用质谱进行分析。检出限都低于0.5 ng/L,定量限低于1.0 ng/L,平均回收率为70%~95%,相对标准偏差为低于12%。 The UPLC-MS/MS method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of 21 sulfonamide residues in seawater.The samples were extracted with ethyl acetate,dried by an evaporator.The residues were dissolved into 1 mL mobile phase.The 21 compounds were separated on ACQUITYTM BEH C18 column with the mobile phase containing methanol and 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate(1% formic acid),and finally determined by electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry(ESI-MS/MS).The detection limits were lower than 0.5 ng/L,the quantitative limits were lower than 1.0 ng/L,the average recoveries were 70%~95%,RSDs were lower than 12%.
