摘要
近年来浙江省大学生就业率比较高,虽然大部分已在职业岗位上工作,但是他们对自己今后的职业发展却显得有些困惑,目标模糊,随之而来的个人幸福感不足。原因固然很多,但毋庸置疑,大学生在校期间,以职业生涯规划理念为核心的职业指导课程设置的不当是最重要的原因。笔者认为,高职院校职业指导课程的改革势在必行,首先,应从加强职业生涯规划的指导、合理设置职业指导课程内容、有效提高职业指导教师的专业素质和能力水平等三个方面进行入手。
Recently,it shows that employment rate of college students in Zhejiang province is high,and most students could find a job,but they are quite puzzled about their career and ambiguous about their target so as to cause insufficiency of happiness. With no doubt,the disarrangement of vocational guidance course about career plan is the main reason in college.The author considers that the reform of vocational guidance course in higher vocational college is necessary.It should strengthen instruction of career plan,arrange course contents reasonably,and improve the quality and ability of teachers as well.
