摘要
高校职业指导工作是高校根据培养目标,指导学生树立正确的职业理想和职业观念,使学生面向社会,增强职业意识,在激烈的竞争中进行合理的职业选择,并在适应社会、融入社会的同时得到发展,成为社会需要的合格人才的过程。目前我国高校职业指导工作中存在着职业指导概念不明确、职业指导形式单一,职业指导专业教师严重缺乏等问题,因此需从以上几个方面进行改进和加强,从而来推动高校职业指导工作。
Employment guidance at college is a process that colleges guide students to establish correct employment ideality in light of the training goal, which can prepare graduates to face the society and improve their occupation concepts, make rational option in such furious competition and find their suitable positions in the society. The existing problems in current employment guidance at colleges are researched and analyzed in this article, and various methods especially about how to improve the advancement of employment guidance are also discussed here.
