摘要
目的研究本院制剂广东土牛膝合剂对常见病原菌的体外抗菌活性,为制剂生产及临床用药提供实验依据。方法采用抗菌实验液体试管法,研究广东土牛膝合剂对8种常见病原菌的体外抗菌活性,并测定最低抑菌浓度(MIC)及最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果试验结果表明广东土牛膝合剂具有抗菌活性,对乙型溶血性链球菌、肺炎球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌作用较强,对大肠杆菌有效,而对肺炎克雷伯菌、绿脓杆菌、白色念珠菌抑菌作用弱,甚至无效。结论广东土牛膝合剂对阳性菌的抗菌活性较强,其作用机制值得进一步研究。
Objective To study the antibacterial activity in vitro of Chinese Eupatorium Root mixture against common pathogens,so as to provide experimental reference for the preparation production and the clinical medication.Methods The antibacterial activity in vitro of Chinese Eupatorium Root mixture against 8 kinds of common pathogens was tested by liquid test tube method.The minimal inhibitory concentration（MIC） and minimum bactericidal concentration（MBC） of Chinese Eupatorium Root mixture was tested.Results Chinese Eupatorium Root mixture had obvious antibacterial activity against the bacterium of Staphy lococcusaureus,Hemolyticstreptococcus,Pneumococcus,Bacillus subtilis and had not obvious antibacterial activity for the bacterium of Escherichia coli,Klebsiella Pneumoniae,P.aeruginosa,Candida albicans.Conclusion Chinese Eupatorium Root mixture has obvious antibacterial activity for the gram-positive bacteria.The mechanism of Chinese Eupatorium Root mixture deserves further study.
