摘要
采用微量细胞病变抑制法在Wish细胞上研究了IFN－α2a抗柯萨奇病毒的作用。结果表明：万复洛和罗扰素在Wish细胞上500IU／ml可以抗3lo4，50IU／ml可以抗2log4，5IU／ml可以抗1log4柯萨奇病毒的效应。
Purpose: To study the anti-tumor effect of various subtypes of the recombinant IFNa from different manufactories.Methods: MTT assay was applied to Investigate the inhibition of various tumor cells growth by IFNa. Results: The groWthof SHG -44, HOS-8603, HL-60, K562 and Ran cells were all inhibited by various IFNα2a. at dose 10, 000IU/ml, l,000IU/all and 100lU/ml with the according inhibitory rate about 20%, 10% and 5 %. Conclusion: Both the importedand domestic IFNα2a could produce remarkable inhibition effect on these five kinds of tumor cells with the inhibitory rateswere similar.
