摘要
高等教育大众化后,大学生就业比例总体上呈现下降趋势。大学生的就业期待与就业现实存在反差,结构性、摩擦性和选择性失业与学历间的挤压影响了大学生充分就业。与就业相关联的不同主体对大学生就业问题的解释和解决过程存在的多方博弈,反映了个人、社会和国家差异性的优先利益和相异性的利益最大化追求以及利益满足过程中的矛盾。这种悖论性利益诉求影响了大学生就业问题的解决,故大学生就业问题的深度解决需要寻找不同利益相关者的利益均衡点和共同的利益兴奋点。
Since the massification of higher education, the ratio of employed undergraduates has gone down gradually. There exists a gap between the employment expectation and the employment reality of undergraduates which is influenced by the structural, scraped and selected unemployment. The different subjects related to employment compete sharply in the interpretation and solution of undergraduate employment. This kind of paradoxical interest claim has effect on the solution of undergraduate employment problem. We should find a point to balance the benefits of different subjects in the process of solving the problem of undergraduate employment.
