摘要
世界主要发达国家农地制度改革在产权制度设计、土地经营与市场流转、土地收益分配、创设土地发展权等方面进行了有益的探索和改革,积累了宝贵的经验。这为我国推进农地制度改革提供了重要启示。
The beneficial exploration and reform in the design of property right system,land management and market circulation,land income distribution,and configuring land development right has been carried out in the main developed countries,and the valuable experience has been gained,which provides important enlightenment for promoting the farmland system reform to China.
