摘要
该文介绍了空心杆过泵电加热装置的组成、工艺原理、技术指标及使用条件。在孤东油田３１口油井上使用该装置，增产原油４８９４３ｔ，投入产出比为１３．３５。使用结果表明：该装置能真正解决稠油井井筒降粘问题，延长油井生产周期，尤其是在蒸气吞吐后期使用，可延长有效期。
This paper
presents the components, technical mechanism and parameters, and applied conditions of
hollow rod through pump electric heating unit. It was applied to 31 wells in Gudong oilfield and
48943t incremental oil was obtained, the investment production rate is 1∶3.35. The
application result shows that this unit can solve the problems of reducing viscosity of heavy oil
in wellbore and prolonging wells production period, particularly in the late period of steam
stimulation wells, it can prolong the valid period.
