摘要
本文对工频交流电的集肤效应所产生的热量进行了理论研究与计算,与直流电的热效对比,显示了工频交流电用于电热杆采油的优越性,为设计制造集肤电热抽油杆奠定了理论基础。通过大港枣园油田多口井的现场实践,证实了电热抽油杆采油工艺用于开采高凝稠油的可行性。
The heat quantity produced by the power frequency skin effect of alternating current (AC) is theoretically studied and calculated. Compored with direct current (DC),AC is advantageous to the oil production applying the electrothermal rod. The above study lays a theoretical foundation for the design and manufacture of electrothermal rod. The feasibility to recovery the high viscous oil using electrothermal rod is verified in field tests of some wells in Zaoyuan oilfield of Dagang
