摘要
齿轮泵是容积式泵中最简单的一种,由于其具有结构简单、成本低、抗污能力强、粘度变化范围大等优点,在液压工业中得到了广泛应用,并可用于石化工业中高粘度液体的输送和增压。但是常规的外啮合齿轮泵,存在不平衡的径向力,使得齿轮轴的轴承过早损坏,造成泵提前报废,成为制约齿轮泵延长寿命的重要因素。该文就如何解决齿轮泵轴及轴承的负载、提高高粘度齿轮泵性能和寿命的问题,提出了几项措施,以使齿轮泵更具发展前途和竞争优势。
Gear pump is the simplest one of volumetric pump.Owing to it has simple structure,low cost,powerful pollution resistance and vast variable range of viscosity,gear pump is extensively applied in hydraulic industry.And can be used for transport and pressure boost of high viscosity liquid.The un balance radial force existed in normal external engagement gear pump made the bearing of gear shaft breakdown earlier and caused pump to reject in advece.It became an important restrictive factor for prolongation life of gear pump.In accordance with the problems of resolving the load of gear pump shaft and bearing,raising high viscosity gear pump performance and life,this article proposed some measure to make gear pump has more developing future and competitive power.
