摘要
应用可靠性设计理论和最优化设计技术,给出了高粘度齿轮泵可靠性优化设计的新思路,提供了在多变量、多约束的离散变量优化领域,避免求解超越方程,直接获得最优离散值的具体方法。算例结果表明,该方法是可行和有效的。
A new way of the reliability optimum design of the gear pumps for high viscous materials was given using the reliability design theory and optimum design technique, a concrete method of avoiding solving the transcendental equations and directly obtaining the optimum discrete values was provided in the multi-variant and multi-constrained discrete variable quantity optimum field. The calculation example result shows that the method was feasible and efficient.
