摘要
目的:建立透析液中K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+离子的含量测定方法。方法:采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定透析液中K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+离子的含量。结果:K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+离子的线性范围分别为0.1μg~1.8μg(r=0.9957);20μg~100μg(r=0.9973);1μg~5μg(r=0.9997);0.2μg~1.0μg(r=0.9897);加样回收率(n=6)分别为102.8%、97.1%、101.2%、108.3%;RSD为1.5%、2.3%、2.6%、2.5%。结论:该方法准确、可靠,具有良好的重复性和稳定性,可用于透析液中K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+离子的含量测定。
Objective: to establish a method for the determination of K^+、Na^+、Ca^2+、Mg^2+ ions in Dialysis Fluid. Methods: the flame Atom Absorption Spectrometer were used to determine K^+、Na^+、Ca^2+、Mg^2+ ions Concentrations in Dialysis Fluid. Results: K^+、Na^+、Ca^2+、Mg^2+ions had good linearity in the ranges of 0.1μg~1.8μg(r=0.9957), 20μg~100μg(r=0.9973), 1μg~5μg(r=0.9997), 0.2μg~1.0 μg(r=0.9897),respectively; the average recoveries were 102.8%, 97.1%, 101.2%, 108.3%; RSD were 1.5%, 2.3%, 2.6%, 2.5%, respectively. Conclusion: the developed method is accurate with high repeatability, which is helpful for the determination of K^+、Na^+、Ca^2+、Mg^2+ions in Dialysis Fluid.
