摘要
简要介绍了１９９８年全国电网自动发电控制（ＡＧＣ）功能实用化，国调和网、省调自动化系统运行，发电侧电力市场技术支持系统的研究，ＥＭＳ应用软件功能要求的规范化，计算机２０００年（Ｙ２Ｋ）问题的研究，标准化和自动化产品入网检测与核查，国家电力数据网络的应用，调度自动化系统和调度生产管理信息系统的建设等方面的情况，提出了１９９９年全国电网调度自动化的５方面工作重点。
The following contents are briefly introduced, i.e. the application of AGC in nation-wide power grid, the operation of SCADA/EMS in NCC,RCC and PCC,the research on technique support system for opening of electricity market on generation side,the standardization of EMS application software,the research on year 2000 problem (Y2K),the test and verification of telecontrol products, the application of State Power Data Network as well as the construction of SCADA/EMS and dispatch center management information system in China. The focal points of work about nation-wide power grid dispatch automation in 1999 are pointed out in the end.
