摘要
面对多元化的社会需求,高等教育必然在宏观上走向多样化,在微观上走向特色化。办出特色是高等教育大众化阶段高等院校在激烈竞争中求生存谋发展的生命线。高校强化办学特色,必须抓住办学特色形成与发展的核心环节,从学科、师资、人才培养、科技创新、社会服务、战略管理、校园文化建设等方面着手,构建有利于推进特色办学的策略体系。
Facing the multiple social requirements,higher institutions tend to diversification from the overall perspective,and differentiation from the microcosmic perspective.Intensifying school features is the lifeline for the higher institutions to survive and develop in the fierce competition at the stage of higher education massification.Then,higher institutions must keep to the core step of formation and development of school features,and construct the strategic system of intensifying school features from the perspectives of disciplines,faculty,cultivation of talents,scientific innovation,social service,strategic management and campus cultural construction.
