摘要
目的探讨医院消毒供应中心辅助人员的培训方法 ,提高辅助人员的消毒供应专业水平和工作质量。方法专人负责培训管理工作,成立培训小组,小组成员分工负责培训项目,对辅助人员进行消毒供应专业知识培训。结果培训后的辅助工人能够胜任既定岗位的工作。结论通过专业知识的培训,辅助工人能够胜任既定岗位的工作,节省了护士编制,提高了工作效果。
Objective To explore the hospital disinfection supply center auxiliary staffs＇ training method, raises auxiliary staffs＇ disinfection supply competence level and the quality of work. Methods specialist is responsible to train the supervisory work, the establishment training group, the panel member labor division with individual responsibility training project, carries on disinfection supply specialized knowledge training to the auxiliary staffs. Results after training auxiliary workers capable of the work established. Conclusion through specialized knowledge＇s training, the auxiliary workers can be competent decides the post the work, save nurses, raising the effectiveness of work.
