摘要
为了预防和控制血站供应室站内感染,本文对血站供应室站内感染隐患进行调查分析,制订预防与控制血站感染对策,发现血站供应室感染管理很不规范,存在管理制度、建筑布局与工作环境、工作人员素质、感染防范意识、操作规程、各项监测诸多隐患;加强血站供应室管理力度,有效地预防与控制医疗感染。因此,必须采取综合治理措施,建立各项规章制度并严格执行,进行规范化管理,加大检查力度,才能有效地预防与控制血站供应室站内感染。
In order to prevent and control in-station infection in blood supply rooms,the risk factors of infection in blood supply rooms are investigated and analyzed and the preventive and control measures of infection in blood banks are developed.Infection management in blood supply room is not standardized.The potential risks involve management system,building layout,working environment,staff quality,infection prevention awareness,operational procedures,the monitoring of various risks,etc.Strengthening blood banks supply room management is necessary to prevent and control medical infection.The comprehensive measures must be taken to effectively prevent and control infection in blood supply rooms.These measures include establishing and strictly enforcing the rules and regulations,standardized management,and increasing inspection efforts.
