摘要
[目的]利用已报道的抗穗发芽共显性STS标记Vp1B3,筛选适宜黄淮麦区和长江中下游麦区种植的抗穗发芽白粒小麦品种。[方法]对57份黄淮麦区和长江中下游麦区的主要品种(系)及地方品种于2007年测定种子萌发指数(GI),并用标记Vp1B3对选取的品种做PCR扩增。[结果]标记Vp1B3扩增出抗性条带845、569 bp和感穗发芽条带652 bp 3种类型的片段,其频率分别为7.0%、26.3%和66.7%,且3种基因型品种之间的GI值差异均达到极显著水平。[结论]验证了标记Vp1B3能对不同品种的穗发芽抗性进行有效筛选;筛选出2份GI值<20%的白粒抗穗发芽小麦品种,丰产3号和万县白麦子,可作为穗发芽抗性育种中的有用资源。
[Objective] The aim of this study were to select high PHS resistance wheat genotypes of using the STS molecular marker Vp1B3 which associating with PHS resistance.[Method] Marker Vp1B3 were adopted to screen 57 Chinese wheat landraces and main varieties(or lines) from Yellow-Huai Facultative Winter Wheat Region and Middle-Lower Yangtze Valley Winter Wheat Region.[Result] Three types of DNA fragments,845,569 and 652 bp,could be amplified by marker Vp1B3 with frequencies of 7.0%,26.3% and 66.7% in all lines,and the difference of GI value between them was significant.[Conclusion] Screened two white wheat cultivars which GI20%,Fengchan 3 and Wanxianbaimaizi,they can be used in wheat Pre-harvest sprouting Resistance breeding.
