摘要
各种霉菌毒素可以作为一种污染物广泛存在于动物饲料中。本文针对饲料中霉菌毒素的危害和去除方法进行了介绍，并着重概述了霉菌毒素的微生物脱毒法的研究现状。
Mycotoxins can be present as contaminants in feedstuffs. In this article, it has been recommended that the different harms and detoxifical strategies of mycotoxin - contaminated feed. This article summarized the researching recently on development progress of microorganisms detoxification of mycotoxin in feed.
