摘要
跨区域应急救援突显了消防部队在有限建设经费条件下,部队救援战斗力培养和部队跨区域物流保障能力之间的矛盾。通过运用交易费用理论和核心能力理论的分析,第三方物流是有效解决战斗力和物流保障能力之间矛盾的关键途径。运用第三方物流必须预防由于信息不对称而产生的风险,这样才能更好地提高部队跨区域物流保障水平。
Transregional emergency rescue highlights the contradiction between fighting capacity and transregional logistics support in fire brigade with limited fund.According to the theories of transaction cost and core ability,the Third Party Logistics is the key to the solution of the problem.It is necessary to avoid risks stemming from information asymmetry in the Third Party Logistics to improve the level of transregional logistics support of fire brigade.
