摘要
我国现代物流处于起步阶段,物流法律制度的弊端成为制约现代物流发展的瓶颈。物流的国际化、现代性、系统化和规范化均要求完善我国的现代物流法律制度。要按照现代化和适当超前性的原则,出台现代物流发展的全国性产业规划和物流标准体系,整合、废除、修改和补充现有的法律法规,构建合理的物流法律制度。
Modem logistics in China just starts and the deficit of legal system on this restrains its development. The internationalization, modernization, systemization and legalization of logistics require the perfection of legal system in this field. It is desirable to set up an industrial plan and standard system which is applied throughout the country, and integrate, abolish, modify and supplement existing legal rules, in order to establish a reasonable legal system.
