摘要
目的 探讨无创正压通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析笔者所在医院68例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的病历资料.结果 患者经治疗后呼吸频率、心率减慢,紫绀减轻或消退,血压无明确变化.无1例发生腹胀、面部皮肤压伤、气压伤或呼吸机相关肺炎.治疗前、后结果有显著差异（P＜0.01）.结论 无创正压通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭安全有效,值得临床推广.
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of BiPAP non - invasive mechanical ventilation treatment on COPD combined with respiratory failure of type Ⅱ. Methods To analysis retrospectively the 68 cases clinical data of COPD combined with respiratory failure of type Ⅱ. Results The breathing rate and heart rate were all slower, cyanosis was reduced or dissipated, the blood pressure had no Clear changed, No one had the condition of abdominal distension,injury of facial skin pressure, barotraumas or ventilator - associated pneumonia. The results were significantly different between treatment before and after（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The technique of non - invasive mechanical ven- tilation treatment on COPD combined with respiratory failure of type Ⅱ was safe and effective, it was Worthy to extended on clinical.
