摘要
目的调查分析住院患者抗菌药物不合理应用的情况。方法随机抽取2009年1～5月份使用抗菌药物的住院病历192份,对抗菌药物的使用情况进行分类统计和分析。结果抽查病历中,抗菌药物不合理应用的有57份,占抽查病历的29.69%。结论住院患者抗菌药物使用存在不合理现象,应进一步加强临床使用抗菌药物的督导。
Objective To investigate and analyse the unreasonable application of the antibacterial of the in - patient in our hospital. Methods Rando mly selected 192 in - patient medical records from January to May in 2009 and classified statistic and analyse the application of antibacterial agents. Results In the selected medical records, there are 57 unreasonable applications,accounted for 29.68%. Conclusion There are irrational use of antibacterial drugs phenomenon of in - patient,we should further strengthen the clinical supervision of the use of antibacterial drugs.
