疏血通联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察疏血通联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法 87例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为疏血通联合硫辛酸治疗组(45例)和硫辛酸对照组(42例),疗程2周后观察患者神经症状变化和肌电图改变。结果治疗组临床症状改善较对照组显著(P<0.05),神经传导速度也较对照组提高明显(P<0.05)。结论疏血通与硫辛酸联合治疗可明显改善糖尿病周围神经病变。 Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of combination of ShuXueTong and Thioctic Acid treating diabetes peripheral neuropathy(DPN). Methods 87 patients with DPN were rando rely distributed into group A(45 patients ) , who were treated by combination of ShuXueTong and Thioctic Acid, and group B (42 patients) , who were treated by Thioctie Acid. All the patients were treated for 2 weeks and clinical symptoms on nervous system and eleetromyogram was used to observe clinical effects. Results Improvements of clinical symptoms and nerve conductive velocity in group A is better than group B,P 〈 0.05. Conclusion It is a effective therapeutic method that combination of ShuXueTong and Thioctie Acid treating DPN.
