摘要
目的探讨无痛肠镜下电凝切治疗小儿大肠息肉的安全性及其疗效。方法回顾性分析250例行无痛肠镜下电凝切除术的大肠息肉患儿,观察其麻醉效果、麻醉时间、苏醒时间、生命体征、手术成功率、并发症(出血、穿孔)情况。结果麻醉效果优233例占93.2%,良17例占6.8%。麻醉时间为(19.4±6.2)min,苏醒时间为(10.2±4.6)min,生命体征平稳[术前、术中、术后平均动脉血压、心率、血氧饱和度值、呼吸比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)],无严重麻醉意外。手术成功切除率为100.0%,均未发生肠穿孔并发症。结论无痛结肠镜下电凝切治疗儿童大肠息肉,具有麻醉效果满意、安全性好、手术成功率高、并发症少等优点。
Objective To explore the effect and safety of high-frequency electroresection and electrocoagulation treated with colorectal polyps in children under painless enteroscopy.Methods Retrospective analysed 250 cases patients of colonic polyps on children who were treated by endoscopic high-frequency electroresection and electrocoagulation under painless enteroscopy,observed the effect,duration of anesthesia,the time for resuscitation,vital signs,the success rate of treatment and the complications（bleeding,perforation）.Results 233 cases patients（93.2%）had an fine anesthesia effect,good 17 cases（6.8%）.Duration of anesthesia was（19.4±6.2）min,the time for resuscitation was（10.2±4.6）min,equability vital signs[compared with ever period MPV,HR,oxygen saturation and P,the difference has no statistics（P0.05）],no serious anesthesia accident,the success rate of treatment was 100.0%,no intestinal perforation.Conclusion There are a lot of advantages for treatment on children′s colorectal polyps by using high-frequency electroresection and electrocoagulation under painless enteroscopy,which has satisfactory anesthesia effect,safety,high success rate and less complication.
