摘要
目的探讨带锁髓内钉固定治疗长管状骨骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析112例长管状骨骨折应用交锁髓内钉固定患者的病例资料。结果平均随访14个月,骨折全部愈合。按Johner-Wruh评分标准,优88例,良20例,可2例,差2例。结论只要掌握好手术适应证,带锁髓内钉治疗长管状骨骨折是一种较好的内固定方式。
Objective To discuss the effect of fractures of the long tube bone treated with interlocking intramedullary nail.Methods Retrospective review of 112 patients with long tube bone fractures treated with interlocking intramedullary nail.Results Patients were followed-up for an average of 14 months,all fractures healed.Evaluated the effect according to the criteria of Johner and Wruh 88 cases excellent,20 cases good.Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nail is a good internal fixation for treatment of fractures of the long tube bone as long as appropriate indication is selected.
