旋入式自锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折68例回顾 被引量：1

摘要 胫骨骨折是创伤骨科最常见的长管状骨骨折，其治疗相对复杂。笔者自2002年5月至2008年1月应用旋入式自锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折68例，取得较好的治疗效果。
