摘要
目的探讨规范化胰岛素注射对糖尿病患者血糖的影响。方法选取50例2型糖尿病患者,随机分成对照组和试验组。对照组25例采用传统皮下注射法,试验组25例采用规范化胰岛素注射法。比较2种方法对糖尿病患者血糖控制的效果,即空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平。结果治疗2周后,试验组FBG、PBG和HbA1c均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组治疗期间共发生12次轻度低血糖事件。结论规范化胰岛素注射能有助于有效控制血糖,改善患者生活质量。
Objective To explore normalization of insulin injection on blood glucose of diabetic patients.Methods 50 people with type 2 diabetes were ranmily diveded into experimental group and control group.25 people of the experimental group were received traditional subcutaneous injection while the other 25 people of control group received standardized insulin injection.Compared the effect of glycemic control in diabetic patients used these two kinds of methods,as fasting blood glucose（FBG）,postprandial 2h plasma glucose（PBG）,glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1c） level.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the FBG,PBG and HbA1c in test group were lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant （P0.01）.In these two groups,a total of 12 times mild hypoglyce-mia during treatment.Conclusion Standardized insulin injection is helpful to efficiently control blood sugar level and to improve the life quality of diabetic patients.
