摘要
基于J.C.Jaeger移动热源理论和热源迭加原理,对端面磨削淬火过程的温度场进行分析,探讨磨削用量与接触参数对磨削温度的影响规律,为端面磨削淬硬效果的研究提供基础,为今后的试验工作做指导。
The temperature field of the face grinding-hardening process is analyzed based on J.C. Jaeger mobile heat source model and heat superposition principle, and the influence law of temperature distribution with grinding and area contact parameters is discussed, which provides a basis for further research and experiment of face grinding hardening.
