摘要 针对采煤机牵引箱壳体修补焊缝焊接后出现裂纹的现象,通过材质的焊接性能分析、焊接变形分析、焊接工艺比较,选择出合理有效的焊接工艺方法和工艺参数,降低了焊缝的冷裂纹敏感性,有效地控制焊接变形,获得性能优良的焊接接头。 The study aims at the phenomenon that the welding-mending of miner's tractive body brings cold crack after welding, analyzing welding property of material and welding deformation, comparing welding procedure, select right welding procedure and parameter, lower the sensitivity of the cold crack, control the welding deformation effectively, and good capability of welded joint was obtained.
