摘要
针对悬臂式掘进机截割头体与花键套焊后出现气孔、冷裂纹的现象,通过其产生原因的分析,给出了截割头体与花键套合理的焊接工艺参数,有效地控制了缺陷的产生和焊缝含氢量,提高了焊缝金属的综合力学性能。
The study aims at the phenomenon that cutting head body and inner spline housing engenders cold crack and air hole after welding, analyzing the cause of the phenomenon, giving the right welding parameter of cutting head body and inner spline housing, controling the engendersing of defect and quantity of hydrogen, and improving comprehensive mechanical property of weld joint.
