摘要
目的:测定滇白珠根中木脂素甙的含量。方法:甲醇超声提取,聚酰胺处理制备样品液,C18柱,甲醇水为流动相。结果:建立了测定4种化学成分的流动相梯度程序和相应的保留时间。结论:可用于滇白珠根中4种木脂素甙的定量分析。
Objective:To determine the contents of four lignan glycosides in the root of Gaultheria yunnanensis,namely,D 1:gaultheroside A,D 2:(-) 8′ methoxyisolariciresinol 2a O β D xylopyranoside,D 3:(-) isolariciresinol 2a O β D xylopyranside,D 4:(+) lyoniresinol 2a O β D glucoxylopyranoside.Method:Rp HPLC was used to separate and analyze the lignan glycosides in the root of the title plant.Result:The method for sample preparation was set up;the gradient program for the mobile phase was established;and the retention times of four lignan glycosides were determined.Conclusion:The method has been proved to be accurate,reproducible and of higher recovery rate.
