摘要
初步分析了资源管理工程学的定义、研究对象及其基本特点，并与工程管理对象加以对比，认为资源管理学与工程管理学相结合就产生了资源管理工程学。尽管二者的研究对象各有不同，但其本质上是相通的。在详细分析了专家系统这一工具的主要特征基础上，认为专家系统是研究资源管理工程学的一个切入点。因此本文建议开展一系列专家系统的研究，做为资源工程管理学研究的开始。
This paper examines the definition,research objectives and basic characteristics of resources engineering management. In the study,resources engineering management was originated from combination of resources management and engineering management.Although resources and engineering management have different research objectives,yet they are the same generally. Based on the analysis of the main characteristics of the useful tools for expert system,it is consideret that the expert system is the point of contact to study natural resources engineering management. Suggestions are given that a series of studies should be unfolded as the start of scientific research of resources engineering management.
