摘要
目前临床医学教学中普遍存在师生之间缺乏交流,教学资源运用有限等问题。利用即时通讯软件构建网络互动平台,开设网络教室进行外科课后辅导;组织在线临床见习、临床病例讨论等网络教学活动。通过这种新形式的实时互动网络教学,激发学员兴趣,培养学员学习热情,对传统课堂教学及网络教学形成重要补充。
Problems exitingin traditional medical education include the lack ofcommunication between teachers and students and the limits of the teaching resources.By constructing an interactive platform with instant messaging software,we can organize after-school tutoring,online probation,clinical discussion,online forums and other network teaching activities.Through real-time interactions,we can inspire the passion and interest of the students,and improve the teaching effect.Application of instant messanging software can be an important supplement to the traditional medical teaching.
