摘要 作者综述了二脂酰甘油酰基转移酶1(acyl-CoA:diacylglycerol acyltransferase 1,DGAT1)基因的定位、结构、生物学效应及其与经济性状的相关性,并对其应用前景进行了展望。 The anthor reviewed the structure,location on chromosome and biological effects of DGAT1 gene.The related research between DGAT1 gene and economic traits was also introduced,and analyzed the future prospects.
