摘要
分析我国现行的调解解决医疗纠纷新探索的几种代表性模式将有助于我国医疗纠纷解决机制的进一步完善,并推动整个社会医疗服务水平的提高。
Due to its respect for partner＇s will, mediation need following principle on flexible characteristic of procedure, in resolving medical disputes has balanced the interests of both doctors and patients to be protected, promote harmony and physician-patient relationship and reduce dispute resolution costs unique advantage. Analysis of China＇ s current mediation to resolve medical disputes representative of several new exploration model that would help our medical dispute resolution mechanism to further improve and promote to raise whole social medical service level.
