摘要
为了解兰州大气污染的危害采用Ames试验方法对兰州市不同地区5个采样点大气总悬浮颗粒物(TSP)样品进行了致突变性研究。结果表明,5个点样品均存在不同程度的致突变活性,且具有较好的剂量-反应关系,其中A、D两点致突变性最强,C点次之,B、E点则较弱。
In order to explore the hazard ous effects induced by air pollution,the mutagenicity of the organic extracts from ambient total suspended particulates(TSP) sampled from 5 areas was determined with Ames test in lanzhou.The results showed that:the different levels of mutagenicity and better dose response relationship were found in the organic extracts from TSP sampled from 5 areas.The samples with the strongest mutagenicity were sampled from A and D sampling points,the next ones were C sampling points,tha last ones were B and E sampling points.It indicated that the ambient TSP presented potential carcinogenicity in Lanzhou.
