摘要
测定VWF:Ag,Fn及AT-Ⅲ在不同孕期及妊高征妇女血清中变化,共95例,正常对照120例。各组测定结果与对照组相比,早孕期VWF:Ag,Fn,AT-Ⅲ与非孕妇女相比无显著变化;VWF:Ag自中孕开始升高,晚孕及妊高征更显著;Fn自晚孕开始升高,妊高征更明显;AT-Ⅲ变化则不恒定。
Serum VWF: Ag Fn and AT-Ⅲ concentrations were determined in 95 normal pregnant women and 120 healthy non-pregnant women (control). As compared with control group the levels of serum VWF: Ag, Fn AT-Ⅲ showed no significant difference during first trimester. The concentrations of VWF: Ag were increased from second trimester, becoming more significant in third and in PIH (P<0.001). The concentrations of Fn increased from third trimester, more significant in PIH (P<0.001). The concentrations of AT-Ⅲ did not show consistant changes.
