摘要
对离子色谱测定地表水中无机阴离子的一般方法进行了研究。提出用固体碳酸钠处理水样并以指示剂百里酚酞的变色点指示处理的终点;对碱性水样则用固体邻苯二甲酸中和以消除氢氧根在离子色谱分析时的干扰。通过对不同色谱条件的色谱行为的研究,以及对近3年3000多个地表水样的分析表明,该方法简便易行,可靠性强,可供不同地表水样或待测组分的测定。
In this paper ion chromatography for the determination of inorganic anions in surface water was studied. Different chromatographic conditions were compared and the method of sample treatment was established. Surface water sample with thymol phthalein as indicator in it is treated (by solid phthalic acid to colourlessness if the sample solution is blue) by solid Na 2CO 3 to the colour change point. Then some Na 2CO 3 solution is added. Recovery tests and determination of nearly 3 000 samples showed the method is simple and reliable.
