摘要 研究了氯离子对化学抑制剂高效离子色谱法测定亚硝酸根的时的干扰,当亚硝酸根的浓度大于2.0mg/L时,5.0mg/L的氯离子不会对亚硝酸根的峰高信号产生明显的干扰,但当亚硝酸极浓度小于0.50mg/L时,即可引起正干扰,该正干扰随着Cl^-/NO^-2浓度比的增加而迅速增大,但与流动相的流速(在2.5~3.0mL/min之间)无关,还对4种可能消除氯离子干扰的方法了讨论。 he interference of chloride on the determination of nitrite by using chemical depression HPIC was investigated. When the nitrite concentration was higher than 2.0mg/L, chloride at the level of 5.0mg/L did not significantly interfere on the determination of nitrite based on the peak height, but it caused positive interference when the nitrite concentration was less than 0.5mg/L. The positive interference increased rapidly with the increase in the concentration ratio of Cl ̄-/NO, but not influenced by the flow rate of the mobile phase in the range of 2. 5-3. 0mL/min. Four possible methods for elmination of the interference were discussed.
