摘要
当代科技发展的特点是学科间相互交叉,相互综合。随着数据库管理系统(DBMS)的建立和发展,计算机及网络已愈来愈广泛地应用于医学的各个领域。目前国内外逐渐有对单一疾病专科数据库管理的报道。处理信息的软件有多种。Access自从1992年首次推出以来,MsAccess已逐步成为桌面数据库领域的领导者,并拥有广泛的用户。它对使用者的计算机应用能力要求较低,数据处理能力强,颇受临床医师欢迎。本文复习了相关文献,总结了应用Access建立的临床专科数据库。概括了Access数据库的优点、基本建立方法、功能及在临床中的应用。
The characteristics of science and technology development at present age is the subjects crossing and mutual integration.With the development and construction of database management system（DBMS）,computer and network has been more and more widely applied in every filed of iatrology.At present,home and abroad have gradually reported the database management of one-single disease.There are many softwares of information handling.Access has already become the leader of the table＇s top database gradually,and owned extensive users since its first-time published in1992.It needs little knowledge of application capability of computer,and the capacity of data processing is powerful,so it is welcomed by clinical doctors.This article reviewed the related literatures,summarized the clinical databases constructed by Access,and generalized the advantage,basic construction method,function of the Access database and the application in the clinic.
