摘要
目的 研究数据库技术在大肠息肉临床病例资料管理和科研中的应用。方法 应用Microsoft Access2000软件建立大肠息肉病例资料数据库及其管理系统，录入南方医院近1990-2000年间2627份（4850例次）大肠息肉的病例资料，并对有关临床数据信息进行标准化和要素化处理与分析。结果 完成了大肠息肉人群，年龄，部位分布与临床症状特点，临床病理对照，治疗效果评价，历年息肉检出情况统计分析。息肉癌变的检出情况及相关因数分析等多项研究，选出重点病例进行随访，结论 应用现代信息科学和计算机技术进行病例管理和临床科研是临床医学信息化，现代化的必然发展趋势，对复杂的临床信息进行标准化，要素化是研制和开发病例管理系统的一种简单实用的信息处理方法。
Objective To studytheconstructionandapplicationof computerizeddatabaseof colorectalpolypin theclinical managementandresearchof thisdisease.Method A colorectalpolypdatabaseanditsmanagementsystemwas constructed on thebasisof MicrosoftAccess2000.Clinical,endoscopicandpathologicaldata,whichwentthroughstandardized and elementalprocessing,of2627cases(4850records)of colorectalpolypcollectedfrom1990to2000inNanfangHospitalwas enteredintothisdatabase.Results Usingthisnewdatabase,theinformationon thepopulationandagedistribution,location andclinicalfeaturesof colorectalpolypswereobtained.Comparativestudyof theclinicalandpathologicalfindingsin the cases,evaluationof thetherapeuticeffects,statisticalreviewof theidentificationof thepolypanditscancerationin the previousyearsas wellas theanalysisof otherrelevantfactorsweresuccessfullyaccomplished,whichgreatlyfacilitatedthe follow-upstudyof somechosencasesthatmaybe of clinicalsignificance.Conclusions Applicationsof moderninformatics andcomputertechnologygreatlyfacilitatescasemanagementandclinicalresearchof colorectalpolyps,andstandardizedand elementalprocessingof theclinicaldataoffersa newpossibilityforeasycaseinformationmanagement.
