摘要
通过分析喷雾干燥器内料雾粒子与干燥介质之间的运动状况及风场流动特性，建立了一个反映喷雾干燥操作过程的数学模型，这有助于确定该设备生产操作中的最佳化控制参数。
A mathematical model of reflecting the operation process of spraying and drying was established through the analyses of the operating condition between the fog particles and drying mediums in spraying dryers,and the wind field flow characteristics.It was convenient for determining the optimum controlling parameters in the operation of spraying dryers.
